Abstract

|
In 1942 Klinefelter, Reifenstein and Albright described a syndrome which was consisted of gynecomastia, eunochoidism, small atrophic testes and increased excretion of gonadotropine. The atrophic testes was characterized by hyalization and as ermatogenesis. This is one of the most common form of primary hypogonadism and infertility in the male of present time. We reported here a case of Klinefelter´s syndrome the karyo type of which is XXY.
